IR.Tools Terms and Conditions

Effective October 1, 2020

1. Prepaid terms are required for new Customers via ACH/EFT, credit card, or check.
2. Customers can apply for net 30 terms or other terms with a review of their credit. Initial credit review will include verifying references and/or a review of Dun and Bradstreet credit report.
3. Corporate customers can only use credit cards for charges of $5000 or less at the time of shipment.
4. Options for Customer approved for Terms:
   • ●  A credit card payment at the time the order ships.
   • ●  Payment using a check/wire by the due date of the invoice.
5. IR.Tools reserves the right to add an 18% APR interest to all delinquent accounts.
6. A shipping hold will be placed on Customer’s account when:
   • ●  Predetermined credit limit is reached and exceeded.
   • ●  Account becomes 60 days delinquent beyond invoice due date.
7. Should delinquency occur, Customer should expect the following notices:
   • ●  30 day delinquent: standard reminder email
   • ●  45 day delinquent: standard reminder email/phone call from collections department
   • ●  60 day delinquent: standard reminder email and shipping hold
   • ●  90 day delinquent: file a complaint with Dun & Bradstreet
8. Restocking fee of 20% applies for returns.

● Exception: no restock fee for a quality issue originating from IR.Tools

9. Custom products are non-returnable.
10. Warranty: All products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a minimum of one year from the date of purchase.
11. Minimum Order Quantities:
    • ●  Call Signs: 2 same design or 18 unique designs
    • ●  Name Tapes: 2 same design
    • ●  Stocked item : 2 same
    • ●  Made to order, Hybrid: 6 same design
    • ●  Made to order, Printed: 12 same design
