• Charged up by daylight and emits visible wavelengths after charging. Visible by the naked eye and Night Vision Devices
• Permanent adhesive on the back of the tape
• Lime green color
• Can be cut with scissors
• Does NOT require illumination with IR illuminator to be "seen"
