I am on the floor of Shot Show 2024 floor all week and it is a rollercoaster of excitement!
Shot Show, first launched in 1979, has quickly become one of the largest and therefore most influential trade shows in the shooting, hunting, and outdoor industries.
Attendees punch their ticket to Vegas every January and come from all over the world. The National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF) opened that first show and continues to lay the foundation for growth in the shooting sports industry.
For years I would just stroll the floor, set up meetings with customers who were at the show, and check out all the innovations in the gun industry.
But last year we moved up the waiting list and secured booth 62613 in the Venetian!
Contagious Enthusiasm
The months of prep leading up to the show are a bit of a nightmare but once I hit the floor, the interest and enthusiasm is worth the effort.
I find it cool to engage with all the awesome attendees and showcase our premium infrared identification and training products.
I learn something new in every conversation!
I find it fascinating to see how Shot Show is not only a hub for sportsmen but also an event military and law enforcement professionals do not want to miss.
The ever-evolving technologies on weapons connect all these communities.
