A flashing active beacon plays a critical role in providing real-time and immediate friend or foe identification.  In a high-pressure, swiftly changing battle or environment, securely identifying friendly forces reduces the risks of friendly fire. Overall situational awareness is enhanced and minimizes injury or death. Identification distance ranges up to 2km for LWIR.

The TR Flash 2 is the next-generation beacon with a distance of up to 2km depending on your optics.

The MS-OMR II C is the standard IFF beacon. Does not emit radiation in the visible or NIR regions.

The multi-spectral version allows user to control the spectrum from the following:

  • Thermal spectrum: thermal cameras
  • Near IR spectrum: Image intensifiers and SLS
  • Both Thermal and NIR spectrums simultaneously

The MS-OMR II D adds a 3Km + SWIR option to replace the standard NIR LEDs on the MS OMR II C.

The MS-OMR III adds a 12v power module to the MS-OMR II C beacon.
